There is a 'Print This Event' button at the bottom of each pop-up event.
iCalendar is a standard (RFC 2445) for calendar data exchange. The standard is sometimes referred to as "iCal".
When you click the iCalendar link on the bottom of an event, you will be prompted to open the file in your local calendar program which adds that event to your local calendar. Some of the calendar programs that support this feature are Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Sunbird, Apple iCalendar, Gnome Calendar and others.
Once you sign up for an advertising package, a username and password will be emailed to you. Log in at the Main Menu box next to the Calendar.

After you log in, the Main Menu box with expand to show an 'Add Event' link. Click on that link.

You will be presented with a built-in word processor! Enter your title into the 'Title' box. Your title is the text appears on the Calendar in the small box, so please keep this short. Enter your event description in the box below the word processing tools. This content will appear in a pop-up window when a visitor clicks on the title in the Calendar. The tools give you GREAT flexibility in formating your event details. Here are some of the options:

You can specify the font, size, color and background color of your text.
•
You can format your event in Microsoft Word and use the 'Paste From Word' button.
• You can create links to external pages, mp3 files, coupons, PDF documents, and email addresses.
• You can upload or link to photos and Flash files.
• You can add Smileys.

Below the word processor you will find other options to complete your entry.
Repeats: Choose 'No Repetition' for a one-time event, or use the drop down menu to completely custom repeating events. Events can be repeated yearly, monthly, weekly, daily, etc., or click 'Advanced' for extreme options!
Start Date: Click the calendar icon next to date box and a pop-up calendar will appear where you can choose the date of your event.
Time: Specify the 'Start' and 'End' times for your event, or check the 'Make this an "All Day" event' box.
RSVP: Check the 'RSVP' box to allow members to sign up for your event.
Add Event: Click the 'Add Event' button and you're finished! Click the 'Home' link in the 'Main Menu' to view your event in the Calendar.

Here is how it's done... when adding a link into your event, highlight the text or image that you want to be your link and click the 'Insert/Edit Link' button.
A box will pop up with four tabs. Type in the website address in the 'Link Info' tab, then click the 'Target' tab. Choose 'New Window (_blank)' from the drop down menu and click the 'OK' button. Then finish and add your event. Now, when a user clicks on the link, the website will open in a new large browser window!
